GEBOR OOD successfully established a business partnership with German construction company Hechinger Bau GmbH. Construction commenced in August 2013 at a site in Ingolstadt, Bavaria.
The developer CONTERRA Bauträger GmbH, headquartered in Munich, is building several residential buildings with underground car parks, shops and offices in the centre of Ingolstadt. The built-up area is approximately 4,700 m², with a total gross floor area of approximately 35,000 m².
