SHAWL-HOUSE Passive Building

SHAWL-HOUSE is an innovative passive building concept developed by GEBOR OOD. The project combines high energy efficiency with modern architecture and sustainable construction.

The building is designed to meet passive house standards — with minimal energy consumption for heating and cooling. This is achieved through thermal insulation, triple glazing, heat-recovery ventilation, and an orientation optimised for solar gain.

The construction uses a special envelope system (SHAWL) that provides continuous thermal protection without thermal bridges. The system is patented and tested under real-world conditions.

The SHAWL-HOUSE project is an example of responsible construction that addresses climate challenges and the needs of future generations.
